EAO II #150 RASB #1379  Photo:  Strain: Hadban Enzahi Named *Rafaat in Egypt, renamed Aswan by the Russians) He was a gift from egypt to russia. Used as a Chief Stallion in Russia. Sired 296 foals over 19 breeding seasons, many race & show winners (Sired 21 Stake Winners). He was brought to Tersk in 1963. This epoch-making individual was noted for his conformation, temperament, and especially for the quality of his get. He sired about 260 foals. Many of whom became famous stud stallions and broodmares. Champions in the show ring and on the racetrack. Aswan died at the age of 26, on his grave at Tersk a marble monument was put up.
